The Culver City Rock & Mineral Club, located in Culver City, CA, brings together persons interested in the earth sciences to engage in collecting, research and study, to assist members in the collection, identification and preservation of rocks and minerals, and in the study of lapidary, silversmithing, jewelry, and related arts.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization established in the early 1960’s. Our Club offers monthly programs, field trips, yard sales, classes, picnics and parties, our annual gem shows, and we provide educational outreach to schools. Members have access to a full-service lapidary shop equipped with saws, polishers, jeweler’s bench and soldering station, library and volunteer staff to provide training.
